1. GENERAL REFUND TERMS

At layoutcraftpro, we are committed to delivering services that meet the agreed-upon specifications. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the following conditions.

2. ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND

• Full refund if the project has not commenced and the cancellation is made within 14 calendar days of the initial payment.
• Partial refund proportional to undelivered work if a project is cancelled after commencement but before 50% of milestones are completed.
• Full refund if layoutcraftpro fails to deliver the agreed-upon scope within the contracted timeframe due to reasons solely attributable to layoutcraftpro.

3. NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND

• Work already completed and approved at each milestone checkpoint.
• Services that have been fully delivered and deployed.
• Requests made after 30 calendar days of the final invoice date.
• Changes in project scope initiated by the client after approval of the original brief.

4. REFUND PROCESS

To request a refund, contact layoutcraftpro at [email protected] with your project reference and a description of the issue. Eligible refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

5. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any legal remedy. Governing law: Kingdom of Spain.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the services provided by layoutcraftpro, located at Passeig de Gràcia 68, Barcelona, Eixample, España, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. SCOPE OF SERVICES

layoutcraftpro provides web design, development, and related digital services as described in individual project proposals and invoices. The scope, timeline, and deliverables for each project are defined in the signed project agreement or written correspondence.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

• A minimum deposit of 50% is required before project commencement.
• Remaining balance is due upon delivery of final deliverables and before source code or asset handover.
• Monthly retainer services are billed on the 1st of each month and are due within 7 calendar days.
• Late payments incur a 2% monthly interest rate after a 7-day grace period.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for the deliverables are transferred to the client. layoutcraftpro retains the right to display the work in its portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place. Third-party assets (fonts, images, libraries) remain subject to their respective licenses.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the project. This obligation survives the termination of the service agreement for a period of 24 months.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

layoutcraftpro's total liability under any agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project in question. layoutcraftpro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity.

7. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days' written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. layoutcraftpro will deliver all completed work within 7 business days of termination.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Barcelona, España.
